We will only process a replacement or refund if your order contained damaged or incorrect items. Firstly, we apologise for the inconvenience and are happy to provide you with either a refund or exchange of goods available on our stock at that time.To be eligible for this service, you will be required to return the damaged or incorrect goods to our location, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase
- The returned items must be unworn or unused in the original package
- We do not offer product exchanges if you simply change your mind.
If you request an exchange of goods, this will only be processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
